Position Title: Technical Support – Integrations
Department: Technical Support/Engineering
About Juno Journey
Juno Journey is an AI-powered learning and development platform. We bring together a Learning Experience Platform (LXP), a Learning Management System (LMS), personal development plans and AI agents that automate training and close skill gaps across the organization. Companies such as Gong, JFrog, Minute Media and Hunters use Juno to replace legacy LMS tools, and we pride ourselves on getting customers live fast, often migrating them in under two weeks.
About the Role
This is not a classic ticket-queue support position. We are looking for a senior, hands-on engineer who will own two things that are critical to every new customer: integrations (connecting Juno to the customer’s identity, HR and collaboration systems) and migrations (moving customers’ content, users and learning history from their previous platform into Juno).
You will join the Support team and work closely with the Support Team Lead, who handles this work today alongside managing the team. Your job is to take ownership of this area, run it end to end, and make it faster and more reliable with smart use of AI and automation.
What You’ll Do
Integrations
Set up and troubleshoot customer integrations such as SSO, user provisioning and HRIS / directory syncs.
Configure user provisioning and management with Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) / Microsoft 365.
Understand and map roles, groups and permissions so every user gets the right access from day one.
Diagnose integration issues across systems and work with R&D when something needs a product fix.
Migrations
Plan and run customer migrations from legacy LMS / learning platforms into Juno, from scoping to sign-off.
Run script-based migrations and handle the manual parts where no script exists. • Find and build the best tools for manual work: use AI tools and automation platforms to cut repetitive work and reduce errors.
Validate migrated data carefully, item by item where needed, so content, users, permissions and learning history all work as expected.
Document processes and build repeatable playbooks so each migration is faster than the last.
Customer-facing
Join calls with customers’ IT, HR and L&D teams to gather requirements, walk through setup and resolve issues live.
Explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Keep customers updated on timelines, progress and next steps throughout onboarding.
What You Bring
5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as technical support, implementation, solutions engineering or IT / systems administration, preferably in a B2B SaaS company. • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration, including user provisioning and user management.
Solid understanding of permissions, roles and access control models.
Familiarity with SSO and identity concepts (SAML, OAuth / OIDC, SCIM).
Comfortable using AI tools every day (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and curious about new ways to automate work.
Excellent spoken and written English; confident leading calls with customers.
Benefits:
Probation passing bonus (paid after 3 months)
Private medical insurance (after 6 months)
Hybrid working model - work from home, office or both
Regular team meetups - dinners, outdoor activities and events
Opportunity to travel
Access to further learning & development courses
