Position: Talent Researcher
Work Hours: 9am-5pm MK time | Mon-Fri
Work Model: Flexible working (home and/or Skopje office available)
Holidays: 20 Holiday days (plus MK or UK bank holidays)
We are looking to hire a researcher to join the team to support the consultants for the UK and European market. You will learn about our markets, develop excellent communication skills and learn how to become a first-class head-hunter.
This is a candidate-focused role, supporting senior members of the team to headhunt and attract talent from their market. The role involves administration, database management, mapping out markets, headhunting candidates and successfully managing all candidate communication.
We are looking for:
Bright, enthusiastic and motivated to be a success in the recruitment industry
Knowledge and understanding in sourcing exceptional candidates using tools such as LinkedIn and other platforms
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written in English
Ability to prioritise your tasks and work to tight deadlines
Mature, positive outlook, curious and keen to learn about our businesses and different industry sectors
