Who we are

We are looking to hire a researcher to join the team to support the consultants. You will learn about our markets, develop excellent communication skills, and learn how to become a first-class head-hunter and business development professional.

This is a dual-focus role, split equally between business development and recruiting. You will support senior members of the team by identifying new business opportunities, researching target companies and markets, and contributing to client development initiatives, while also headhunting and attracting top talent from the market.

The role involves administration, database management, market mapping, client and business research, candidate headhunting, and successfully managing all candidate communication. You will gain exposure to both the commercial and delivery sides of executive search.
