Position: Talent Researcher (Middle East market)
We are looking to hire a researcher to join the team to support the consultants. You will learn about our markets, develop excellent communication skills and learn how to become a first-class head-hunter.
This is a candidate-focused role, supporting senior members of the Dubai based team to headhunt and attract talent for the Middle East market. The role involves administration, database management, mapping out markets, headhunting candidates and successfully managing all candidate communication. Real opportunity to grow into a more senior researcher/recruiter.

Mon-Fri / 8-4pm CET
20 Holiday days (plus MK or UK bank holidays)
Flexible working (home and/or Skopje office available)

We are looking for:
Bright, enthusiastic and hardworking
Knowledge and understanding in sourcing exceptional candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written in English
Ability to take direction instructions and work to tight deadlines
Mature, positive outlook, curious and keen to learn and businesses and different industry sectors
Someone technically minded, able to use new recruitment technologies with ease and want to keep learning and developing
Previous experience hiring people into the Middle East market and from a fast paced Agency background an advantage
