Position: Talent Researcher (Middle East market)
We are looking to hire a researcher to join the team to support the consultants. You will learn about our markets, develop excellent communication skills and learn how to become a first-class head-hunter.
This is a candidate-focused role, supporting senior members of the Dubai based team to headhunt and attract talent for the Middle East market. The role involves administration, database management, mapping out markets, headhunting candidates and successfully managing all candidate communication.
Details:
- Mon-Fri / 8-4pm CET
- 20 Holiday days (plus MK or UK bank holidays)
- Flexible working (home and/or Skopje office available)
- Clear and achievable commission based bonuses
We are looking for:
- Bright, enthusiastic and hardworking
- Knowledge and understanding in sourcing exceptional candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written in English
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Mature, positive outlook, curious and keen to learn and businesses and different industry sectors
- Previous experience hiring people into the Middle East market an advantage
