What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our offshore sales support team, drive performance, and ensure the highest standards of quality and service delivery.

You will be responsible for:

● Leading and managing the SDR team to achieve performance targets
● Monitoring productivity, quality and service standards
● Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
● Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training activities
● Driving process improvement and operational efficiency
● Managing team reporting, shift coverage and performance metrics
● Acting as the key operational link between the Skopje team and UK leadership
● Creating a positive, high-performance team culture

What skills & experience you'll bring to us:

● Previous experience managing sales, SDR or customer support teams
● Strong leadership and people management skills
● Experience working with performance metrics and KPIs
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
● Ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams
● Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
● Experience in financial services or mortgage operations is advantageous
