Title: Case Administrator
Work Model: Office based (Kisela Voda, Skopje)
Work hours: Mon-Fri | 9am-5pm MK
The client is a growing UK mortgage and financial services business dedicated to helping clients navigate the home-buying and refinancing journey with confidence and ease.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Case Administrator to support our specialist broker team and help keep client cases moving smoothly from application through to completion.
You’ll be working with a range of residential, Buy to Let and specialist mortgage cases, including clients with complex income or credit histories. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, keeping things organised, and making sure no detail gets missed.
● Supporting mortgage cases from application through to completion, ensuring everything stays on track
● Chasing, reviewing and packaging client documentation accurately and efficiently
● Liaising with lenders, solicitors, valuers, insurers, clients and internal teams to keep cases progressing
● Keeping CRM systems, case notes and documentation accurate, organised and up to date
● Proactively monitoring the case pipeline, following up on outstanding actions and identifying potential issues early
● Supporting specialist brokers with case administration so they can focus on advising clients
● Ensuring cases are complete, accurate and ready for the next stage of the mortgage process
● Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, financial services or a similar role
● Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills
● Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
● Proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
● Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools, with a genuine customer-first mindset
